Coco-Choco-Banana Smoothie
Vegan, Paleo, (Note: if not using a high-powered blender, substitute 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup for the date)

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 Tbsp raw cacao nibs/powder or unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 Tbsp raw chia/flax/hemp/sesame seeds
  • 1 medjool date (remove pit)
  • 1 large handful of baby spinach (organic is best)
  • ½ cup full fat coconut milk)
  • 1 cup coconut water
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
